Waitakere United will once again represent Oceania at the FIFA Club World Cup after beating Kossa FC 5-0 in the second leg of the Oceania Football Confederation O-League final at Trusts Stadium in Henderson on 11 May 2008.  3,000 fans packed the Douglas field grandstand and watched a determined Waitakere turn around a 3-1 deficit from the first leg in Honiara to win the final 6-3 on aggregate.  The team can now look forward to another chance to rub shoulders with the world's elite in Japan in December.  Proud sponsors, The Trusts, wish them all the best in their quest.  Click here to read more...
